ProBamboo Exterior Bamboo Soffit is made from raw material moso bamboo which can be harvested at the age of 4-6 years. Since different production process like different thermal treated temperature, we get two different colors, one is dark coffee color resulted from 200 degree high temperature, the other one is teak color resulted from 145 degree temperature. Both treatments is to decompose the nutrition in bamboo cell like starch, protein, sugar which are the good food for termite, pest, etc. That is why thermal treated bamboo soffit is so lasting and durable for exterior use. Now it gradually become the great alternative of hardwood species.

Installation Guidance

1. Ensure the suffix clip is positioned level with the surface.
2. For the first pc of soffit board, utilize starter clips. Employ one screw per starter clip.

3. For following boards, utilize suffix clips. Secure the joint and clips by driving the fastener. Apply two screws per field clip associated with suffix boards.

4. Employ approximately 27 fasteners per square meter. Each joint requires the use of clips.
5. For installations exposed to salt air, proximity to significant bodies of water, swimming pools, or other areas prone to corrosion, Grade 316 stainless steel screws are mandatory.
