Through years of research and refinement, we developed strand woven bamboo cladding — combining bamboo’s rapid renewability with advanced outdoor durability.
Every shiplap board tells a story: from responsibly managed bamboo forests to precision engineering, and finally, to becoming part of inspiring architectural façades worldwide. 1. Level the Starter Fastener Row: Begin by installing the bottom row of fasteners. Ensure they are perfectly level using a spirit level.
2. Install the First Board Row: Position the first row of boards level. Engage the groove lip on the board's lower edge securely behind the fastener tabs.
* Verify the fasteners are fully seated within the groove to keep the boards level.
* If needed, carefully tap the boards into place, ideally using a rubber mallet.
* Important: Always secure board ends (end joints) over a structural support (joist/beam) using at least 2 fasteners.
3. Add the Second Fastener Row: Place the next row of fasteners directly onto the top edge of the first installed board row.
4. Install the Second Board Row: Mount the second row of boards onto the newly installed fasteners.
5. Continue Installation: Repeat this process (adding fasteners to the top edge of the previous board row, then installing the next board row) to cover the entire surface.
* Maintain level alignment of all fastener rows throughout.
* Preserve a minimum 5-10 mm ventilation gap at the edges.
